Corporate Real Estate Surveyor – Household name

Working as Senior Surveyor in this leading international property consultancy, you will be responsible for a single clients portfolio of assets. Within this portfolio, you will be responsible for developing the client relationship and contributing to the fee income targets of the business.

The Senior Surveyor will manage the overall service delivery provided by multi-disciplinary teams associated with a mixed use portfolio and conduct professional work for clients ensuring that all relevant reporting requirements are met to agreed deadlines, and in accordance with RICS regulatory compliance standards

You will deal with day to day property management issues, working alongside the Property Management Accounts team and oversee the execution of rent reviews, lease renewals, and acquisitions and disposals. You will also provide budgeting / forecasting – preparation of service charge budgets and subsequent reconciliations.

The successful candidate will probably be a qualified MRICS surveyor with post qualification experience. You will be driven by quality of work as well as financial incentive.
