Basic salary of £40,000 – £45,000 + Extremely Competitive Benefits Package + Bonus

My client is a renowned Real Estate Consultancy currently seeking an experienced Valuations Surveyor for a position within one of it’s specialist teams.

This is a fantastic role and offers the opportunity to gain exposure to investment and development whilst also providing property valuations on every type of property across multiple sectors. My client’s real estate valuation work underpins decisions on billions worth of UK commercial property.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team and department in the execution of valuation instructions for a variety of purposes including secure lending, financial accounting and acquisition & disposal
• Working with developers, investors and operators to help these clients to grow within new and developing markets

• Valuations are required for loan security, planning viability and portfolio purposes and will include the valuation of commercial investment portfolios

• Blending valuation experience with first hand transactional experience to grow the team’s portfolio operations across London and the UK

The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified with at least 2+ years PQE and ideally experience of working within alternative sectors such as Healthcare, Hotels and Student Housing.
