Basic salary of £40,000 to £45,000 + Competitive Package + Benefits
My client is a Specialist Commercial Property Practice currently recruiting a Valuations Surveyor to join their established London team. This is a significant opportunity for a Newly Qualified or 1+ years PQ Surveyor to progress their career whilst gaining a broad range of valuation experience.
The successful candidate must be capable of working under pressure and turning valuations around quickly and in turn you will be given the opportunity to grow what is a very well established core of valuation business. This client is on the valuation panels of most UK clearing banks, a large number of overseas banks and other financial institutions lending on property in the UK.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide loan security and asset/portfolio valuations
- Valuing a broad spread of property including retail, office, industrial and some residential
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant instructions also beneficial
The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified with ideally 1+ years PQE.
