£38,000 – £42,000 plus Car Allowance £5,500 plus Private Healthcare plus Pension

Beach Baker is pleased to be assisting this well-regarded and long-established private practice in central London to attract an additional Commercial Valuation Surveyor to join its friendly and highly successful firm.

The firm is a well-recognised name in the provision of investment and asset management professional services, in addition to a range of supporting professional services, which includes the provision of valuation advice to a number of high profile bank panels – for both loan security and also asset/portfolio valuation purposes.

You will have the opportunity to value a range of commercial assets, which will include offices, retail, industrial and some residential property. These assets are predominantly within London and the South East.

Candidates will ideally have experience of providing valuation reports for loan security portfolios and be competent with the workflow associated with this position. You will have experience of valuing a wide range of assets for bank panels and be confident with Red Book Valuations.

Applicants must be comfortable working under pressure – those having worked with Bank panels in the past will understand the timescales usually required.
