SENIOR VALUATION SURVEYOR : ALTERNATIVE ASSETS LONDON

£42,000 – £49,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Pension + Generous Holiday Allowance

Beach Baker is looking to attract an experienced valuation surveyor to join its newly formed Alternative Asset Valuation team based from its prestigious London office.

As you would expect, the Alternative Assets team covers a range of assets, including the PRS, Healthcare and Student Housing.

Working with alternative assets team, you will benefit from working with experienced surveyors who have a strong working knowledge of the broader processes and systems of the firm.

The area of valuations is an exciting environment, where you will work with individuals who are positive and enthusiastic about the role and the success of the team.

With a wealth of clients, you will quickly work on a range of instructions on property assets across the UK. The role has a truly national remit as the nature of the assets offers opportunity in a range of geographical areas – therefore you will not be based in the office at all times but the number of properties can be easily handled from a London base.

Suitable candidates will be MRICS with strong valuations experience. Your strong communication skills will enable you to liaise with your clients, who you will work closely with on a repeat basis, in addition to internal teams and other external professionals.
