Chartered Surveyor : Valuation London
£40,000 – £50,000 + Full Benefits Package
A highly regarded private practice is looking to attract a qualified valuation surveyor to join a small and friendly team based in London.
You will be competent handling bank panel valuation work for a number of leading banks. There will also be the opportunity to undertake some portfolio valuation work, in addition to probate work and therefore the role offers a good mix.
You will have the opportunity to value a wide range of assets which will include commercial offices, retail, mixed-use, industrial and some high valued residential properties. These assets are predominantly within London and the M25. The work is therefore varied and interesting. Candidates confident with Red Book Valuation reports and who understand the workflow associated with this position will thrive in the firm – which prides itself on the service it offers its clients.
It is essential candidates are RICS qualified with a minimum of 3 years pqe and have strong experience of operating within a private practice organisation
