Commercial Surveyor MRICS, Global Real Estate Consultancy, London W1 Basic salary of circa £50,000 + Extremely Competitive Benefits Package + Bonus

My client is a renowned Real Estate Consultancy currently seeking an experienced Valuations Surveyor for a position within one of it’s specialist teams.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to investment and development whilst also being introduced to financial structuring and negotiation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting the team and department in the execution of valuation instructions for a variety of purposes including secure lending, financial accounting and acquisition & disposal
• Working with developers, investors and operators to help these clients to grow within new and developing markets

• Valuations are required for loan security, planning viability and portfolio purposes and will include the valuation of commercial investment portfolios

• Possess the ability to work efficiently to maximise profitability
• Blending valuation experience with first hand transactional experience to grow the teams operation across London and the UK

The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified with at least 3+ years PQE and experience of working within alternative sectors such as Healthcare, Hotels and Student Housing.
