You will be a qualified chartered surveyor who considers themselves highly motivated and driven to provide a clear benefit to the commercial services department. Due to the size and growth of the organisation, this role is critical in its ongoing success as well as providing the opportunity of a springboard for the post holders career.
For this role, you must have experience of commercial property agency and lettings, property management and with experience of valuation and strategic property advice. As part of this role, you will also require the skills and desire to develop new business to increase the portfolio currently under management.
