Commercial Property Manager- 6 Month Contract, W1

Beach Baker are currently working with an independent multi-disciplinary property consultancy to find a Commercial Property Manager to work out of the W1 offices for a 6 Month Contract.

The current post holder is due to go on Maternity Leave hence the opportunity arising.

Acting on behalf of both owner occupiers and investors advising on the day to day running of mixed use portfolios the Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for:-

• Setting service budgets
• Liaising with all stakeholders
• Site visits
• Dealing with licence for alterations
• Asset Management initiatives

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge working on a diverse portfolio to take ownership of their own assets.
