Commercial Property Manager, W1
An independent multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join the established team based in the London W1 office.
Working with a range of existing clients that include private property companies, funds, not- for- profit organisations and occupiers you will be responsible for the delivery of mixed use property portfolios.
Predominately made up of multi let offices you will be client reporting, setting service charge budgets, rent conciliations and in these changing times setting up payment plans with tenants. In addition to this the Surveyor will also advise on asset enhancement schemes.
In order to be considered for the post the individual will have:-
- Circa 5 years in commercial property management
- Preferably worked on Qube software
- Up to date knowledge of H&S requirements
- A good understanding of RICS best practice
- A driving licence
