Job responsibilities will be typical property management duties, including;
- Property inspections
- L & T work/management
- Lease Renewals/Rent Reviews
- Some service charge work
- Potential management of Surveyor (dependent on experience)
Desired skills/experience:
- MRICS
- Property Management experience
- Confident in working autonomously
Remuneration:
£40,000 – £45,000 (dependent on experience) + Bonus + Benefits
