Salary: £37,000 – £40,000 Plus Bonus Plus Car benefit and Full Package

Beach Baker is pleased to be working with this leading consultancy to attract a property management surveyor. You will work closely with a Director managing a variety of properties to provide ongoing property management services to key clients across a range of commercial properties.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and provide full property management consultancy services.

The role offers a superb team environment and the ability to work with a leading London private practice which offers a long-term career opportunity. It is recognised as working with prominent clients and interesting portfolios and has a strong team of supporting facilities managers, building managers and a Helpdesk.

Your responsibilities will include:–

• Managing Lease / Tenancy Schedules
• Liaising with clients, solicitors and tenants
• Property inspections
• Regular tenant meetings / Dealing with tenant applications
• Preparing reports
• Maintenance contracts
• Service charge expenditure monitoring and reporting
• Liaising with accounts team on annual service charge budgets and reconciliations
• Income Arrears and recovery, invoice approvals, etc

The firm is seeking an individual who can work effectively as a team and with other internal property management staff across the business, in addition to agency, leasing and investment teams.

Candidates must be MRICS with experience in a commercial property management role.
