Commercial Asset Manager – Iconic Prop Co – London
Base Salary £50,000 to £55,000 + competitive package
A London based Commercial Real Estate Company are currently recruiting an Asset Manager to join their expanding team. My client is looking to capitalise on their existing iconic retail, leisure and entertainment assets by enhancing their value through the use of strategic AM initiatives.
The position will involve working within the commercial property market within a dynamic area of London, negotiating and agreeing new lettings whilst giving full consideration to operational issues. The successful applicant will undertake proactive Asset Management within the portfolio and strategic value add work including the relocation of tenants to enhance tenant mix and footfall.

The successful candidate will be RICS Qualified with at least 3+year PQE and have a predominantly retail background. The surveyor will ideally possess experience working within a strategic commercial asset or estates management team. Technical property knowledge, good commercial nous and strong advisory and negotiation experience is also required.
