An excellent opportunity for a current Commercial Agent probably at Surveyor or Senior Surveyor level to move into an office leading role where they will be responsible for driving the Agency function within the Birmingham business.
With an excellent name in the market and wide geographical coverage from their Birmingham office, this organisation offers the right individual real scope to grow and progress. You will be tasked with working with both a current database as well as generate your own and be judged on fee revenue as is pretty standard.
A great role for someone who perhaps sees themselves at a glass ceiling where there are people ahead in the promotion and seniority line and are keen to kick their career on.
You will work across the Birmingham, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. You will probably be a qualified MRICS surveyor and will certainly have demonstrable Commercial Agency experience.
