This hugely successful property company is recruiting an experienced property manager in this new, expansion position and is working with Beach Baker on an exclusive basis.

You will be working at a very large, iconic and dynamic location which is tenanted by a range of interesting and market leading organisations, from entrepreneurial start-up firms to highly advanced technology businesses. Therefore, the assets are utilised in a range of ways, which makes the management of the portfolio exciting and interesting.

This is a hugely active and successful PropCo which is financially able to invest to ensure this remains as a leading location, supported by its own talented investment team. Being the prime and main point of contact for the on-site tenants offers a great opportunity to fully immerse yourself in the portfolio.

The company operates a flat hierarchy and therefore you will have direct access to some of the most influential operators in the property market and the opportunity for personal development is unrivalled.

A key responsibility within the role is budgeting, setting and management of service charges and a knowledge of Cube Property Management Software would be an advantage but is not essential. Other responsibilities will include terms of schedule, management of small works and projects, etc.

Candidates should have a good working knowledge of leases and the Landlord & Tenant Act to enable service charges to be applied through leasehold laws and have strong numeracy skills. You will have managed internal/external FM teams and contractors.

Whilst reporting to the Head of Property, you will work amongst a wider team of MRICS professionals and be provided with all the support you will need to be successful in the position.

Candidates will preferably be MRICS with service charge experience. The role would either suit a c2 year qualified surveyor who is hungry to develop his/her career swiftly by moving into a PropCo or perhaps a more experienced individual who no longer wishes the London commute.
