Client Side Retail Acquisitions Surveyor, London W1, Base Salary circa £45,000 – £50,000 Base + Strong Commission structure

My client is an International Fashion Retail Company with a current requirement in their London Office. Brand development is at the heart of this role and my client is looking to expand on it’s already existing presence within London and the UK.

The role would suit a skilled property professional with an in depth knowledge of retail land acquisitions/agency and an ability to provide leasing advice on various retail spaces throughout London.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and appraising prospective retail property to contribute to the delivery of an acquisition target of new openings.
  • Making sure that key targets are met for openings, exchanges and board approvals.
  • The implementation and delivery of a corporate acquisition/development strategy across London and the UK that fall in line with the company’s business model.
  • Assisting with devising and implementing the global business strategy for the overall business and managing the existing portfolio.
  • Coordinating the new store opening programme through the business, leasing with internal and external teams to satisfy key dates and keeping all parties suitably advised.

The successful candidate will ideally be MRICS but not essential. You will have experience in the retail sector, ideally in an acquisitions and planning capacity but candidates from varying backgrounds will also be considered.
