Client Side Property Manager – Gloucestershire

Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed to recruit a Property Manager, on behalf of a utility company in Gloucestershire.

The purpose of this post will be to manage the companies extensive land and property holdings, including their owned and leased estates. You will be responsible for ensuring all assets are suitably maintained, income is maximised and tenants are managed appropriately. You’ll also assist with land and property transactions, whilst liaising with stakeholders including; landowners, tenants and agents.

It is anticipated the successful candidate will be MRICS with, ideally, significant experience of managing a diverse commercial and/or agricultural portfolio. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of contract management, within a real estate environment.

On offer is a remuneration package, demonstrable with the candidate’s experience.
