Beach Baker is delighted to be exclusively retained by niche local firm in Wiltshire who is looking to recruit a Residential Project Manager. This company, established over 20-years’ ago, pride themselves on being a traditional and family feel property practice that own assets up to £20m which include a variety of commercial and residential premises in the South West – with tenants ranging from local businesses to large corporates and government bodies.
The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. You will be the construction expert in the office overseeing several residential development projects up to the value of £2m including individual units to barn conversions, mainly along the M4 corridor.
To be considered for this role you must have at least 5-years’ project management experience, ideally with part of this being in the residential development sector, but candidates from a general construction/projects background will be considered. Being a professional member of MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent will be an advantage but not essential.
Salary is dependent of experience.
