The successful candidate will be working within an established Capital Projects team providing maintenance, major alterations and improvement projects to their prestigious residential estate.
My client is looking for a candidate with a strong technical knowledge and is a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS). You must have previous experience in managing projects working in a building surveying role in a multi-disciplinary background. Culturally, we are seeking a candidate with a strong team player attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
