Beach Baker has been instructed to source an Estates Manager who will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the group’s estate. We are seeking ideally a chartered surveyor with a minimum of 5 years estate/ property management experience to join a dedicated estates team.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing a national portfolio of properties. Reversions, rent reviews, lease renewals and relationships with landlords will be key tasks as well as ensuring the best possible rents, service charges and other property related costs are obtained. Regular reporting to the CEO will be required.
Other areas of responsibility include restructuring of leases and disposals to the long term benefit of the company. The management of sub tenancies to maximise all sublet income and instructing and managing agents.
Candidates will require good interpersonal, organisation and negotiating skills. Strong analytical and numeric ability as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
