Client Side – Construction Project Manager – Estates

Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by a leading and long established institution in the Bristol / Gloucestershire area that is looking to recruit an in-house Construction Project Manager.

The successful candidate will be working within an established property team mainly working on medium size refurbishment projects on the estate. You will provide professional project management services to all phases of construction, from advising managers at the inception stage through to overseeing delivery of contractors and final sign off.

Culturally, we are seeking a candidate with a strong customer service skills and have a team player attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. Being a member of a professional body (RICS, RIBA, CIOB, MAPM) is preferred but not essential.

Benefits include 12.5% pension contributions, 30 days’ annual leave, flexible working hours policy and parking on site. This is a two-year fixed term contract position but with the possibility of being extended.
