Chartered Surveyor / Fire Engineer (CIOB/RICS/IFE)

Beach Baker are seeking a chartered building surveyor / fire engineer for a client side role in Yorkshire. This role offers a fantastic and unique opportunity to progress to running the department. You will have extensive passive fire protection experience and be well versed in building surveys.

The appointed Surveyor will be an instrumental figure as previously this work has been outsourced. Our client has over 130 sites in total and the goal is that this appointment will run and manage their own team. There is a clear and defined career path in place and personal development is not only supported but encouraged. You will be joining a close knit team who offer support when required, and trust their staff to be left to get on with the role, without micro management.

The ideal candidate will be chartered (RICS/CIOB/IFE) and take full responsibility of all surveys and recommending the appropriate course of action to remedy any faults found in relation to fire safety.

Candidates who are not chartered but have extensive experience in PFP and surveys will also be considered.

Our client’s office is located in Yorkshire but travel to sites will be part of the role. A driving licence is therefore essential.
