A leading multidisciplinary practice with a national presence has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Building Surveyor within their busy team.

We are seeking a Building Surveyor with a broad range of capabilities including specification writing and contract administration. Working within an established team, you will be responsible for your own instructions and assisting with the continued growth of the department.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS with around 1-5 years PQE with a keen interest in and knowledge of traditional construction and conservation on historic/listed buildings.
