A well-established independent practice with offices across the UK has recently instructed Beach Baker to actively recruit a Chartered Building Surveyor within their busy office in Gloucestershire.
You will need to have good leadership and management skills together with strong knowledge and experience in the building regulations and allied legislation. You should be a team player, able to manage and delegate but with a keen eye for technical detail and have high standards. Going forward, you will be required to adapt your role to assist with company strategy and planning and the management of head and regional offices, whilst also expanding the company’s core building surveyor services in Gloucestershire and the surrounding regions.
The successful candidate will have a degree accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or a HNC, HND level with preferably five years of experience. The applicant will preferably be a chartered professional.
