Job Title: Chartered Building Surveyor

Location: London

Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 (dpendent on experience).

Our client, one of the longest established growing commercial building consultancies, are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor, to join their Projects department within their London office. One of the fastest growing consultancies, this is an excellent opportunity for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join and grow with the company.

With offices all over Europe, they are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor who has proven Project Management and Contract Administration experience. This is a client-facing role with a majority of the work project based on all types of commercial property.

You will be a highly motivated candidate, looking to further your career within the growing Building Consultancy team. The successful candidate will have the ability and ambition to promote the business and be very much part of the team. You will be MRICS with 1 year PQE coupled with a professional can do attitude, eager to learn and develop with good written and verbal communication skills.

The position offers a very competitive base salary and a generous package with and an excellent professional development program. Due to their broad client base, the opportunity allows travel around the UK and Europe with exposure to a diverse range of property sales.
