Chartered Building Surveyor – Leading Practice – Exeter

This opportunity provides for an RICS Qualified Surveying position within a small building surveying team, undertaking both professional and project work for a combination of small private investment companies, institutions and corporate clients.

Practice areas that are expected of the candidate include dilapidations, building surveys for investment and occupation purposes, schedules of condition, defect analysis, contract administration, refurbishment works and maintenance advice (PPM), development monitoring and project work.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS, with at least one year’s relevant post-qualification experience and a good understanding of professional and project based matters.
