Chartered Building Surveyor

Our client is a long established leading independent property consultancy with offices in strategic UK locations. On their behalf we are looking to source an MRICS Building Surveyor to work across all core building surveying duties for tenant, landlord and investor services.

They have a loyal client base of predominantly wider commercial, residential, corporate, retail and government agency sector instructions and framework agreement business. This offers security as well as an interesting spread of sector exposure which will give you varied experience in your ongoing career with them.

The role would suit a building surveyor with rounded experience to include contract administration, project management, reinstatement cost assessments, lease end and dilapidation services, condition survey, fit outs, party wall advice and planned and strategic maintenance expertise. You should have good practical knowledge of building pathology and M&E services.

You should be Chartered with at least two years post qualification experience, self-motivated, sociable and a team player keen to progress a career within a respected medium sized team. The role could be Bristol or London based and would suit a candidate keen to have the opportunity for travel with one of their core clients across the UK and NI developing closer business ties. Given that the role provides exposure to key clients at a senior level, you should possess excellent communication and numeracy skills being confident putting across a thought out advice and reports.
