A leading Building Consultancy which has been in operation for over a century and boasts a range of interesting clients – which they are able to service through a network of UK offices – is looking to attract an additional Building Surveyor due to a re-organisation of the territory.

The firm’s core aim is to help its clients to maximise the potential of their property portfolios through the management and protection their assets in addition to providing market leading design, architectural and conservation services.

This modern and friendly firm has state of the art systems and is seeking to attract an additional Building Surveyor to cover the Southampton and Hampshire area.

You will be based from home and reporting into the Head Office, working with mainly project focussed work typically up to £50k. Your role will be broad and will include completing surveys, design, specification, and Principal Designer duties. You will work with some of the UK’s leading organisations – providing a range of interesting work.

You will be part of a national Building Surveying team of over 100 members and work for an award winning practice and have the opportunity to work with a team of architects and designers.
