RESIDENTIAL BUILDING SURVEYOR READING

C£55,000 plus Car Allowance plus Bonus plus Full Benefits Package

We are working with a leading private practice who is looking to attract a RICS (potentially AssocRICS) qualified residential Building Surveyor to join its busy team based in Reading.

Candidates will be an experienced residential building surveyor. You will be competent conducting inspections and have a broad range of knowledge, including maintenance, repairs and a strong understanding of a wide range of structural and building defects.

As a qualified and experienced individual, you will prepare survey reports and liaise directly with clients.

Candidates will have strong report writing skills and the ability to present justified conclusions and accurate survey reports.
