This predominantly cost management consultancy are looking for an experienced Maintenance Surveyor or Building Surveyor to join their team. This is a consultancy that focuses on the retail sector of the market and this newly created position is for someone to work on the account of a major national and european based retailer focussing on planned maintenance and refurbishment projects.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience working in PPM within the retail sector and be either Assoc RICS, MRICS or MCIOB. This is a role for an ambitious surveyor looking for an opportunity to take the reins on establishing a new division within the business and ideally with Business Development experience to be able to expand the Building/Maintenance Surveying offering of the company.
