The successful candidate will play a key role within this busy organisation. You will be working within a highly successful building surveying team mainly working with framework clients in the public sector. Your workload will be interesting a diverse, and will mainly consist of maintenance, repair, refurbishment and new-build projects. You will also be responsible for some professional surveys including dilapidations reports, landlord and tenant work.
The ideal candidate will be a MRICS surveyor between one to five years PQE, although non-chartered candidates will also be considered.
