A leading international practice has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Building Surveyor within their established Bristol office.
The successful candidate will gain experience working small to medium size projects within the Residential, Education and Healthcare sectors. Full support will be provided for individuals working towards their APC in becoming a chartered surveyor as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The Bristol office is also in a fantastic central location.
We are seeking candidates with preferably 12 to 18 months’ plus experience with suitable relevant experience gained in a similar practice. The role will include managing client meetings, preparing tender reports and report, specification writing and survey inspections.
You must also hold a full, clean driving licence and be willing and able to travel.
