Beach Baker is currently working with a property investment company to recruit a Building Manager for a modern Grade A office development at a business park in Theale, near Reading. This is a full-time permanent role working 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
The Building Manager be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the site including tenant liaison, contractor management, and health & safety compliance. Other responsibilities will involve negotiation of contractor agreements and implementation of environmental initiatives.
The ideal candidate for this role will have prior experience in a similar building or facilities management role, with excellent communication skills, self-initiative and the ability to work independently.
