My client is one of the leading leasehold management businesses with over 50,000 units under management. Beach Baker is pleased to be working with them to recruit 3 home based block managers in the South East / London areas who will thrive on being the face of the business with residents. With a strong back office set up to handle new development take-on, pre-service charge, legal and contracts set up and budgetary support, these are roles that will allow you to focus on day to day reactive maintenance, resident meetings and delivering first class service to maintain and enhance the brand.

We are looking to hear from customer focussed candidates who have any of the following experience; existing leasehold block management experience, commercial property management experience, local authority housing department officers/managers, housing association, facilities management candidates who are client facing (used to running meetings with occupiers) or those working for a house-builder in customer services.

Our client has grown from developer links, acquisition and organic growth and the size of the company will allow for future career progression. The roles are covering 3 main portfolios; Essex and East London, North London and West London/Surrey areas. One of the portfolios is smaller with higher fee levels and as such would suit an experienced property manager looking to be more involved with their residents.
