Block Manager – Birmingham

Beach Baker is delighted to be working with a respected multi-disciplinary property consultancy (RICS, ARMA, ARHM) who are seeking a Residential Block Property Manager (leasehold) for their established Birmingham office.

With an internal risk management team and head office based finance and support staff, this management unit of over 10 property managers with the assistant team based in these offices reresents a really good, client service driven set up. It manages a portfolio including purpose built flats, estates with freehold houses and conversions covering core Birmingham and some wider Midlands areas.

Reporting to the regional manager, you will look after circa 1200 units across about 25-30 developments to include the full range of budgeting and maintenance duties, insurance and a manageable AGM workload.

Our client will look at a range of experience including direct transferable customer and property/housing services skills as long as you have some leasehold experience, i.e. understand a lease and have a good head for income and expenditure. Package to £30,000 (includes car allowance). 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working, good team feel, salary sacrifice scheme for child-care vouchers and company pension scheme.
