Block Management Administrator

Beach Baker is currently working with an independent residential block management company to recruit an Administrator in its London office, based near St Pauls.

The role will be working as part of a small office based team of 4-5 people, as most of the company’s 30 employees are site-based Property Managers throughout the UK.

The duties will include being first point of contact for customers when calling in with enquiries and problems within their properties, logging details of issues on the in-house database system, and liaising with internal and external contractors to ensure that issues are dealt with efficiently.

The Administrator will also be responsible for some finance tasks and general administration including typing of company letters, reports and other correspondence.

The ideal candidate for this role will be degree educated and have at least 12 months’ experience in an office based role, within property management would be ideal. You should also have good written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to deal with difficult customers and solve problems as they arise.

A competitive salary is offered, dependent on experience, with 20 days’ annual leave. working hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm with some flexibility available.
