Block (Leasehold) Property Manager

Beach Baker Property Recruitment are pleased to have been exclusively instructed on a role with an independent block management company in Bristol to recruit a Block Manager. Our client offers you a welcoming, small team environment where you will be able to have full block management responsibility for a portfolio of purpose built developments and conversions in some of Bristol’s finest post codes.

Your duties will include, but not be limited to; budgeting, reactive and planned maintenance coordination, contractor liaison, fire safety, major works administration following Section 20 of the L&T Act 1985 (as amended), liaison with appointed surveyors or other consultants as well as running AGMs and resident meetings, out of hours as necessary.

You should possess good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills, be able to get on with people from all walks of life and show empathy and confidence in dealing with people. Working in the Bristol area, knowledge of defects with Victorian, Edwardian and Georgian conversions and purpose built blocks would be desirable.
