Beach Baker are delighted to have been instructed on behalf of an independent firm of Rural Surveyors, with offices across the UK. The role will suit a Rural Surveyor wanting to work in a dynamic team to help further the growth plans of the business. Based in Northamptonshire, you’ll be responsible for rural planning and development work, along with offering professional advice on valuations and a range of tenancy and farming agreements.
You’ll also be expected to lead the department, managing a Junior Surveyor, along with administration support.
It is anticipated that the successful candidate will have their MRICS qualification and experience of managing junior surveyors. You’ll ideally have demonstrable experience of rural professional and planning and development work.
On offer is a remuneration package, demonstrable with the candidate’s experience.
