Clients include high street retailers along with listed house-builders, local authorities and institutional investors.
The demand of their client base over the last 10 years across emerging London markets has left them well placed to expand steadily within the challenging retail property market. For this reason, they are currently recruiting a Senior or Associate level agency Surveyor with 4+ years retail and/or leisure agency experience.
The successful applicant should have gained the retail experience to help make the business’s ideas and concepts a reality whilst advising tenants accordingly. The role will suit a Surveyor with a keen interest in regeneration consultancy and transactional work. A retail agent coming from a larger (slower) consultancy that is now looking to progress their career and earn a lucrative bonus would thrive within this corporate, friendly and specialist team!
Principal Responsibilities:
Transactional
Advising clients on a suitable marketing strategy for leasehold or long-leasehold properties predominantly within major mixed-use developments
Implementing the leasing/sales strategy of multiple units as well as one off retail and leisure units
New Business
Winning new instructions
An entrepreneurial approach is welcomed and ideas for new business generation will always be acted upon
Development Consultancy
Providing high quality advice to our clients on the retail and leisure elements of predominantly large mixed-use developments throughout the planning process
Preferably but not essential to be an MRICS Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor. Strong knowledge and experience within a similar role in London. A flair and ability to think laterally when marketing properties along with a creative and entrepreneurial approach to agency surveying is also required.
