Job Title: Associate Quantity Surveyor

Location: South London

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

Our client, a successful multi-disciplinary professional building consultancy, are looking for a strong caliber Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their South London office within the Technical team.

Providing advice across the major integrated architectural, property and construction market, they have over 40 years experience delivering focused services to clients nationally. They are now looking for an Associate to join their Technical team to broaden the structure of the team and help expand their thriving organisation.

The successful candidate will join a team which prides itself on strong and productive relationships with many other parts of the business. Much of their work is focused towards housing, education and commercial sectors, therefore experience in these areas would be preferable.

As Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be driven and ambitious with strong communication skills and the ability to interface with contractors/clients and other professionals. You will have an all-round technical ability, experience in all aspects of QS services.

The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified and have 5 years PQE in a commercial property consultancy. The role is client facing and would suit an ambitious individual who is well presented, has good written and verbal communication skills. You will be highly motivated, hardworking and with a can-do attitude who wants to help shape the future direction of the team.
