Beach Baker is currently working with a leading UK Property Consultancy to recruit an Associate-level Project Manager in its London Building Consultancy department. This person will be working alongside two Partners and a Senior PM, and will take on responsibility for a number of corporate fit-out and refurbishment projects at values of £0.5m-£5m.
The team work closely alongside colleagues in the Agency, Investment, Valuation and Asset Management departments to develop new business and have an excellent client base with a strong pipeline of projects lined up for 2019. The Associate PM will play a vital role in delivering these and assist in further client growth.
This is a client facing role that will suit a well-presented candidate with excellent written & verbal communication skills and is highly motivated to develop their career in a growing team. Candidates will have a background in building surveying or project management, be a RICS member, and have a minimum 4 years’ PQE in fit-out and refurbishment projects.
