This company have an exciting business plan to development their building consultancy services across the UK, and they see the South West as a key region for growth, and are looking for a dynamic individual to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will:
- Be part of small and successful Building Consultancy department
- Have strong client relationships and be able to generate new work
- Have experience of working with major funds, developers, landlords and commercial property occupiers
- Provide a broad range of professional and project management services
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to establish themselves in the local market by working for an award winning practice. They will be joining a growing national team of over 50 Building Surveyors and Project Managers and relocating candidates will be strongly considered.
