Basic Salary circa £60,000 Base + Lucrative Commission structure + Benefits
A dynamic Commercial Real Estate Practice are currently recruiting an Associate Level Retail Surveyor to join their expanding London team.
The position will involve working within the commercial property market in London and the west end exclusively advising commercial occupiers on all aspects of their real estate matters and liabilities. A leading firm in London within this arena, my client engages primarily with occupiers within the retail sector and has been consistently voted as one of the best places to work within property!
Job Responsibilities:
- Be a proven fee earner
- Using relevant London retail experience and great business development skills to win new business
- Advising clients on emerging new development opportunities and guide them through the complicated transactional process
- Implement commercial strategy for operators in London, the UK and Worldwide
- Creating pitch documents and presenting to prospective clients
The successful candidate will ideally have broad experience in the retail & leisure sector and be a proven fee earner. The rewards are great for the right person.
