My client is a global property consultancy which is seeking to recruit within its Transaction Management team at Director level.

You will take responsibility and ownership of all EMEA transactions, providing professional advice to leading clients to ensure the successful management of strategically important transactions into large portfolios.

Being a key point of contact to the client, you will be have strong client negotiation skills and strong commercial acumen and be confident representing this highly regarded private practice as the key point of contact to the client and operating as an effective and integrated member of the real estate team.

This is a key hire and my client is seeking to attract an individual with a proven track record in a similar role.
