Associate Director – Quantity Surveying – Manchester

Beach Baker are working with a consultancy in Manchester who are now seeking an Associate Director to join their successful North West team.

You will either be a chartered senior surveyor seeking that next step, or an established Associate Director looking to join a thriving business with continuing professional development opportunities.

Client facing surveyors with experience or particular strengths in leisure, hotel, health-care, education, commercial and retail as well as premium and volume residential will all be considered.

You will either be MRICS or similar and have demonstrable experience working for a consultancy. Candidates looking to relocate to the North West will also be of interest. Work will consist of both pre and post contract services.
