We are seeking an Associate/Director Agency Surveyor with a strong footing in the industrial market to support client instructions in the region.
We are seeking a qualified RICS surveyor with a proven background in logistics/industrial agency. Strong and long-lasting relationships with clients are in place and therefore we need a personable and committed agent to build upon these relationships and service the caseload of instructions. This client has sole agency or joint agency on several high-profile developments and is therefore one of the market leaders. You will of course be a proven business winner as new instructions come to the market and require pitches.
The team is multi-disciplined office, which have an excellent regional reputation. The successful candidate will have experience in Agency not necessarily locally, we welcome applications from other regional centres in the UK looking to relocate.
