ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR / DIRECTOR: RETAIL VALUATION LONDON & EMEA

c£50,000 – £69,000 + Excellent Bonus + Leading Benefits package

Beach Baker is actively recruiting for this leading private practice firm to source an additional Associate Director or Director to join its Retail Valuation team in London. This is a critical hire as part of the firms’ succession planning and will see a talented and experienced individual brought into the firm at a senior position.

You will lead the valuation of a range of retail assets both in the UK and across EMEA for a range of world class clients and individual investors, valuing a range of assets from flagship stores and locations to some of the largest retail concerns.

Key attributes for this role are your gravitas, market knowledge, contacts and experience handling an international client base at senior and strategic level.

You will be very well presented and articulate candidate with excellent qualifications, strong communication skills and a proven track record in handling high value, retail valuation matters.
