Beach Baker is actively recruiting for a leading private practice firm to source an experienced Associate Director or Director as part of its succession planning. This individual will join the business and immediately work with a number of the largest and most prestigious owners of some of the largest property portfolios.

This prominent firm works with the leading investors, banks and property companies offering you the opportunity to be handling some of the largest value portfolios in the sector and your role will be to work strategically with clients across these large and complex portfolios.

The day to day valuation activities underpin the key focus of the role, which is interfacing with clients on a daily basis; communicating at senior level with these leading organisations; working closely with clients to understand and deliver their property strategies, in addition to managing internal expectations to deliver a leading property advisory service.

You will be very well presented and articulate candidate with strong communication skills and a proven track record in handling high value valuation matters and key client relationships.

Candidates must be MRICS and have a proven track record in client liaison as a key point of contact and representative of a leading private practice or financial institution.
