The company have an exciting business plan to development their building consultancy services across the UK, and they see South West as a region for growth and are looking for a dynamic individual to join their busy team.
The successful candidate will be joining one of the biggest and most successful building surveying teams in the region and will be the ‘number 2’ reporting to the regional director. The existing client base includes academes, universities, industrial and general commercial with a healthy pipeline of work for the next 12/24 months.
My client is looking for an established MRICS Associate or Senior Surveyor with a successful track record of generating new business. Ideally you will already be working for a competing firm and can bring business with or have contacts to develop future fee income.
