A leading consultancy has recently instructed Beach Baker with a fantastic opportunity for an Associate Director to join their growing Cardiff office. The company have an exciting business plan to development their building consultancy services across the UK, and they see South Wales as a region for growth, and are looking for a dynamic individual to join their busy team.

The successful candidate will be part of an established team and will be the lead surveyor for professional and commercial work such as dilapidations and pre-acquisition surveys. This is an exciting opportunity to start a new service for the department where the individual will be highly rewarded as the commercial client-base grows.

My client is looking for an established MRICS Associate or Senior Surveyor with a successful track record of generating new business. Ideally you will already be working for a competing firm and can bring business with or have contacts to develop future fee income.
